Unsolicited Testimony May 12, 2011 from Greg F.:
"I am very pleased to
inform you that I received my Permanent Resident
status on May 6th, 2011.AUAP was instrumental in
helping me achieve Permanent Resident status.
Specifically, when I was faced with an impending
government deadline, AUAP was able to provide a course
by course evaluation of my transcript and associated
documents in just 24 hours. Due to
miscommunication with US Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS), I was left with a very small window
to organize my documents and submit my
application. Thanks to AUAP's efficiency at
evaluating my documents I was able to meet the
deadline.(I was able to make my submission on the
last day before another document in my application
package expired. If that document had
expired it would have taken months to replace
it. That, in turn, could have put me past the
expiration date of my H1-B work visa which would have
required me to leave the country for a year!)"

Recognition of Foreign
Qualifications
The U.S. Department of Education and USNEU do not
evaluate foreign degrees or qualifications. Many, if not most, of these
competent authorities (i.e.universities, hiring employer
and stateband territorial license board) in turn depend on
expert comparability recommendations prepared by credential evaluation
services.
Credential evaluation services are independent
organizations that perform analyses of non-U.S.
qualifications and issue recommendations as to how a
particular qualification compares to a similar
qualification or set of qualifications in the U.S.
education system, labor market or the professions.U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it has
received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions to reach the statutory cap of 65,000 for
fiscal year (FY) 2012. USCIS is
notifying the public that , Nov. 22, 2011, was the final
receipt date for new H-1B specialty occupation petitions
requesting an employment start date in FY 2012. the H-1B master exemption is
