Masters & Ph.D. Degree

What you must know about the Master's and Ph.D. degree (Graduate) :

The Master's degree is generally a 2 year program (with the exception of the LLM=1 year)
A Ph.D. takes from 3 to 5 years.
Entries are mostly in September and a few have January entries.
There are more than 360 fields of studies.
It costs from $8000 to $21000 per year.
Financial aid awards are available. Many AUAP students get aids up to $17000+/year.
TOEFL + GRE tests are mandatory.
Admissions are very competitive and decisions are made on your complete application file.
You must contact AUAP to start the process 12 to 18 months before the entry date.
8 out of 11 Nobel 1997 prize winners were teaching in US universities which are the best funded in the world.
The degrees are:
- MA Masters of Arts
- MSc/MS Master of Science
- PhD Doctor of Philosophy

If you choose the Selection Program:
Then AUAP will select from more than 1600 accredited universities, 4 graduate programs which best match your career goals, speciality, budget, academic level, preferences, etc.

If you choose the Admission Program:
Then AUAP guarantees your admission to at least one university (subject to minimal test scores).

This year AUAP students have been already accepted at the graduate level (Master or Ph.D.) at:
Brown University (Ph.D. Physics), Cornell (LLM), Michigan State (Ph.D. Chemistry), American University (Journalism), University of Miami (Computer Sciences), University of Florida, University of Southern California, UCLA, U. of Arizona C, etc.
